This is a very simple app. After you open it, it will save the trends.csv to the same directory of the app, so be sure to unzip it. Once you have the csv, you can open it in Excel and play with the data. For example, by removing rows with the "@" symbol if you don't want Twitter people, or removing the "#". This should work on Windows machines of both 32/64 bit.
